TECHNIQUES IN ACRYLICS AND LANDSCAPE ABSTRACTIONS - Wednesday 27 – Thursday 28 November 2024
2-day Wednesday 27 – Thursday 28 November 2024
The landscape will be the framework that you will build on to move into abstraction. Some people paint abstracts entirely from their imaginations, but having something ’real’ as the starting point gives a direction to start working in, to kick start your imagination. We will work on some techniques in acrylics on Day 1 and begin working on a ‘design’ for our finished work incorporating collage. Whether you are already working in landscape and want a little more edge to your work or are trying to find an approach to abstraction, this workshop should help you. (Not suitable for beginners.)
